Satileon's training courses deliver focused, cost-effective programs to maximize customers' abilities to successfully design, configure, operate and manage their networks. To keep pace with new product designs and technology, Satileon continually enhances its courseware and offerings. Courses comprise a blend of presentations, discussion and hands-on exercises, allowing attendees to fully benefit from their studies. Students practice what they learn in a controlled instructor-facilitated setting. In a variety of courses, custom-made curricula can be tailored to specific operations and personnel.
The Basic Hub Operators course guides personnel through system theory, architecture, data-flow, installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. The Basic Remote Terminals Operation course covers terminal architecture, data-flow, installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. The Technology Knowledge Transfer course is designed to enhance the skill set of support personnel who will perform high-level network diagnostics and troubleshooting. Advanced courses also enable hub operators to configure and maintain optional various add-on applications such as QoS, VoIP and SkyX Accelerator.
